Ingredients:
Coriander, black pepper, chilli, turmeric, cumin, cassia leaf, garlic, dry ginger, dry mango, tomato powder, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, cassia, nutmeg, common salt, fennel seeds
Directions:
Slice 300 gm paneer (Cottage Cheese) into small, triangular pieces.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil/ghee, add paste of 3 onions, and fry till golden. Add 4 tbsp tomato puree/paste. Stir-fry for 5 min.
Stir in 1 tbsp Everest Shahi Paneer Masala. Add 2 tsp magaz. 2 tsp cashew paste, 40ml fresh cream and salt. Boil with 1 ½ cups hot water. Add paneer slices. Simmer till done.
Garnish with green coriander leaves and a dash of fresh cream. Serve steaming hot.
