Ingredients:
Salt, turmeric, cinnamon, cumin, fennel, ginger, cloves, malic acide e-296, coriander leaves, asafeodia, bay leaves.
Directions:
Beat water and curd together in a mixer. Add gram flour to this and mix well without lumps. Add the mixture, Eastern kadhi masala & green chilli in to a pan, mix well, and cook for 5 minutes with continuous stirring. Bring to a thick consistency, add sugar & stir well. Heat another pan, add one and half table spoon ghee, splutter mustard, cumin, fenugreek, dried chilli, curry leaves. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
