Chakaash –

Directions to Use –
1. Dilute 10ml (2 Capful) in 1 liter of water.
2. Soak fruits and vegetables in this solution for 1-2 minutes.
3. Rub individual fruits and vegetables thoroughly and then rinse in running water 2-3 times for at least 30 seconds.
(Shake well before use)

 

Sung Ho – is an easy to use Ayurvedic inhalant made of 16 herbs, packed in a bottle with a lid containing pores.

• Open the cap of the bottle.
• Peel off the foil.
• Close the cap of the bottle.
• Flip open the lid and inhale through the pores on the surface of the cap.
