Ingredients:
Salt, turmeric, cinnamon powder, red chilli powder, stone flower, coriander, fennel powder, bay leaves, white pepper, clove, nutmeg, star anise, ginger powder, nutmace, asafoetida.
Directions:
Soak rice & dhal for 30 minutes & drain, Heat oil in a pressure cooker, splutter the cumin seeds, add bay leaf, pour the measured water and bring to boil, add turmeric, salt, Eastern bardoli ki kichdi masala, moong dal & rice to this and close the lid, whistle the cooker for 4 times, and then allow to release the pressure by itself, serve the khichidi to a servind dish and pour the hot ghee on top.
