• Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa)

• Ashvagandha (Withania somnifera)

• Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)

• Parasika Yavani (Hyoscyamus niger)

• Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi)

• Guggulu (Commiphora wightii)

Directions:

• In Dysmenorrhoea: One tablet thrice daily for 3-5 days during the menstrual period

• In Premenstrual Syndrome: One tablet thrice daily to be started 7-8 days before the onset of menstruation and to be continued throughout the period
