It has antibacterial properties and also has bacteriostatic actions. It also has anti-inflammatory action. Trisepta consists of triphala powder, nimb, kanchanar, shuddha gandhak, tankan lahi & shuddha guggal that clears congestion & reduces swelling. Trisepta works on internal & external swelling. Ingredients of trisepta like Trikatu ,Triphala , Kanchanar , Guggul create equilibrium of tridoshas by reducing agrivated doshas

Shunthi (Zingiber officinale), Marich (Piper nigrum), Pippali (Piper longum) 20mg. each, Nimb (Azadirachta indica), Kanchanar (Bauhinia variegata), Shuddha Gandhak, Tankan bhasma, Shuddha Guggul (Balsamodendron mukul) 40mg. each, Triphala 120mg. Binders and Excipients q.s.

Directions:

Doses: 2-2 tablets 3-4 times a day or as desired by the physician (for cold, cough, fever 3 tabs twice for 1 week)
