Ingredients:

• Each capsule contains –
• Vacha [Acorus calamus] – Sweet flag
• Yavani [Trachyspermum ammi] – Bishop’s weed or Oma
• Daruharidra [berberis aristata] – Tree turmeric
• Yastimadhu [Glycyrrhiza glabra] – Liquorice
• Jatamamsi [Nardostachys jatamansi]
• Hingu [Ferula asafoetida]
• Jeeraka [Cuminum cyminum] – Cumin seeds 

Directions:

• 1-2 capsules twice or thrice a day, or as directed by your Ayurvedic doctor.
