Ingredients:

Peanut, Sesame seed, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander, Salt, Sugar, Bishop's weed, Dry mango powder, Ginger, Bay leaves, Cumin, Fennel, Coriander leaves, Clove, Stone flower, Cardamom, Citric Acid(INS 330), Turmeric.


Directions:

Mix well the ingredients 1-6 and keep aside. (Masala), Wash and chop all the veggies except potatoes and brinjals. Make incision as to the potatoes and brinjals. Make sure to keep it whole from other side. Stuff both with prepared masala, Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add all the vegetables except stuffed potatoes and brinjals along with the remaining masala. Add water and salt as required, and then gently put the stuffed potatoes and brinjals. After adding this do not stir the mix, since the stuffing will come out. Cover and let it cook for 2 whistles on medium heat. Let the pressure go down by itself, then open the lid. Add fried Muthia, and cook on low flame for 5 minutes or until the gravy becomes thick. Turn off the flame, and garnish with coriander leaves and coconut.
