Ingredients:
Cumin, Turmeric, Fennel, Chilli, Coriander, Cinnamon, Chana dal, Toor dal, Salt, Clove, Nutmace.
Directions:
Wash all dhal in running water and soak it in water for 10 minute, drain off water and transfer it in to pressure cooker with pinch of turmeric, salt, water and cook until done and keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped onion and saute well. Add chopped tomato and saute well. Add Ginger garlic paste, green chilli, dry red chilli and saute for few minutes. Add Eastern Dhaba Dhal masala and mix well. Add pre cooked dhal with required salt and water and cook till required consistency. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with Indian flat bread or rice.
