Directions:

Dosage : Sung Ho– Inhale for refreshing Indian Ayurvedic herbs. For inhalation purpose only. Herbobliss: One capsule daily at bedtime with milk or water. Herbofit: One Chyawanprash capsule daily after breakfast or with a glass of milk for all above the age of 10 years Herbocharm: Mix 1-2g of the pack with rose water, apply on the face and massage till it dries.
